1. PAYMENT

We only accept payment via Paypal. Our Paypal email address is herbswonders@gmail.com . You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the system. Just click ' checkout with Paypal ' after you have finished with your items selection. You can choose to pay as Guest using either a debit or a credit card. Regret that no cancellation of order will be allowed once payment is made.

2. SHIPPING

We will ship out your orders via Poslaju or Skynet ( for Malaysia addresses ) and via registered international air mail with tracking numbers from Malaysia ( for other country's addresses ). If you are staying in Australia, Europe, The United States or anywhere near, it would take around 10 business days or so for a shipment to reach you after it is being shipped out. We may upgrade the shipping service to express shipping that will reach in 3 to 5 business days if the combined shipping + handling cost paid is enough. Excess in any shipping or combined shipping + handling cost paid will be refunded, if any.

Contact Number

When making an order, please provide a daytime phone number. This is required should the courier company need to contact you.

Processing Time

Normally, we will ship out your orders within 1 to 5 business days. However, handling time could take longer at times depending on the quantity and complexity of orders. If you need anything fast, please do let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.

3. RETURNS OR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Regret that we do not normally entertain requests for refund, return nor exchange once payment has been made and items are already prepared. Thank you for your understanding! 

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
