Drying the washed Sweet Basil leaves under the hot sun until brittle before crushing or shredding them into smaller pieces.

Directions For Use :

Simply sprinkle a teaspoon or any quantity to your liking, of the dried shredded Basil leaves directly onto your cheese or plate of noodles or pizzas or any food right before serving.

Simply add some to your cooking.

Best Used As :

A great addition of flavour to any sauce, stew, and salad. It's even delicious when sprinkled on cheese. It pairs well with tomatoes,  olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, mint, lemon, eggplant, vegetables and peanut butter.
